Ken believes women have a right to bodily autonomy and are capable and entitled to make their own decisions regarding family planning without instruction from Des Moines.
Invest in Public Education
The GOP-controlled state legislature, along with the help of Gov. Kim Reynolds, have eliminated resources from our public schools while giving tax dollars to private institutions. It must stop.
Raise the Minimum Wage
It’s been almost 20 years since we last raised the minimum wage in Iowa. Ken led the democratic caucus’ efforts last session to increase the minimum wage and wants to keep on fighting.
